Deposit:

Now at Rooted. we require a deposit of $100.00 for all new colour guests and any 3+ hour appointments. They are not an additional charge and will be taken off the total cost at the end of your appointment. 

Cancellations:

With Rooted. being a private studio, appointments are important to guests. Please take the time to cancel or reschedule before 48 hours to allow an opportunity for another soul to sneak in. If you fail to cancel before the 48hr. window, you will be charged 100% of the cost of services you booked.

Alterations:

Had a service done to your hair and aren't vibin' exactly what we've done? Let us know within 7 days so we can see what we need to alter to make you feel groovy!
